Every Wyoming public library and community college library has access to Overdrive/Libby for digital content (ebooks, audiobooks, and magazines) See current members
*Please note that Campbell County Library patrons must access Overdrive using this portal: https://ccpls.lib.overdrive.com/ until CCPLS has joined the statewide group.
*The cloudLibrary was discontinued on May 17, 2021.
Why did the digital book program move to Overdrive?
All public libraries and the community colleges in the WYLD consortium have access to Overdrive/Libby for their patrons. The cloudLibrary duplicated an existing service, and libraries will only need to support one platform for their patrons' needs. In addition, Overdrive offers several simultaneous use options for licensing and digital magazine content which were not available through the cloudLibrary.
What happened to my holds and favorites from cloudLibrary?
Unfortunately, patron data could not be transferred between platforms. You will need to recreate any holds and favorites lists in Overdrive or Libby. For more information about patron related data, please view the 'About cloudLibrary' tab for access to relevant policies.
Will I still have access to all the ebooks and audiobooks that were in the cloudLibrary?
The majority of content transferred from cloudLibrary to Overdrive, but some older titles or those purchased under outdated licensing models did not. The ability to transfer licenses between platforms is controlled by the individual publisher of the works. Please note that content will be transferred the week of May 24th.
