Wyoming Court Records: Supreme Court

Looking for a copy of your divorce decree, a probate record, or a civil or criminal case file? Did the legal action happen in Wyoming? If so, perhaps we can help.

Supreme Court

The Wyoming Supreme Court hears appeals from district court. The Supreme Court has two records. Appearance dockets provide a summary of court filings. Case files contain various filings and majority and minority opinions of the court. After a decision has been made, District Court records are returned to the respective court.

  • Access to case files is by case number.

Accessing Supreme Court Records

To access a file, a case number is required.

We have case files up to 2018, and case files have been scanned up to 2006.  Contact the Wyoming Supreme Court to find the docket number for the case you’re seeking.
